A Connecticut state agency is rebuking utility regulators over thousands of public records documents. The Office of the Consumer Counsel says regulators failed to disclose records that should have been available to the public. The dispute raises new questions about transparency and how the state handles public information. Our energy expert on the show, Bryson Hull, has studied and worked in the energy field for 25 years. Hull is also the Deputy Northeast Director for the Consumer Energy Alliance.
