Melissa in the Morning: Driving Simulator

Bridgeport police are facing questions about an out-of-service driving simulator, amid scrutiny over police cruiser crashes. The simulator was designed to help officers improve their emergency driving skills, but the technology now needs an upgrade or replacement. The police chief says officers involved in crashes receive discipline and retraining, while the department has also tightened rules around high-speed pursuits.
