Caleb Flynn's Intruder Story Collided With WHAT?!

Caleb Flynn's intruder story started with a frantic 911 call and an open garage door. Flynn told dispatch that somebody had broken into his Tipp City home and shot his wife Ashley. He also said their daughters were in the house, and he repeatedly directed attention toward the garage as officers were still on the way. 

That is where the state's physical case pushes back. Prosecutors allege Flynn killed Ashley, then arranged the scene to look like a burglary. Ohio BCI Senior Special Agent David Hammond testified that the garage side-door damage did not resemble the forced entries he had encountered in burglary cases. Flynn has pleaded not guilty, and the defense has criticized investigators for what it describes as a fast move toward Caleb as the suspect.
