What the Detective Did With Caleb Flynn's Own Words

In the second interrogation on the morning of February 16, Detective Mike Morgan sat down across from Caleb Flynn and began sharing what the crime scene at 932 Cunningham Court had told investigators. The garage side door had been damaged but never latched — pried open from the inside, not the outside. The bedroom told a worse story: the shooter at the foot of the bed, Ashley asleep, no struggle, no spatter on the wall, everything into the bed.

Morgan placed the shooter at the exact spot Caleb said he'd been standing — using Caleb's own story. Then he brought up the neighbors. Caleb said you can ask any neighbor. Morgan told him they already had. An agent had spent twelve hours in the house and concluded the scene was staged as a burglary.

Caleb Flynn has pleaded not guilty to all charges including aggravated murder. He is presumed innocent.
