Caleb Flynn Court Coverage Verdict: Jury Returned WHAT on Every Count?!

The jury in the Caleb Flynn case has spoken: guilty on every one of the nine counts placed before it for the murder of Ashley Flynn. The deliberations lasted 2 hours, 25 minutes and 12 seconds before jurors convicted Flynn of aggravated murder, three counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault and three counts of tampering with evidence.

For the trial, Flynn's defense maintained that an intruder killed Ashley during a burglary at the couple's Tipp City, Ohio home and that police rushed to judgment. Prosecutors presented the opposite case, arguing Flynn killed his wife on February 16, 2026, and staged the scene to make the home-invasion account look real. With the verdict, the jury resolved that dispute against Flynn on every charge it considered.

The original indictment contained 11 counts. Two misdemeanor intimidation counts were dismissed before deliberations, so nine counts went to the jury. Flynn is now awaiting sentencing before Judge Jeannine Pratt, scheduled for October 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM EDT.
