Connecticut is getting an F for financial literacy education in the latest national report card—but the state is on track for an A by 2027. Starting with next year’s graduating class, Connecticut high school students will be required to take a personal finance course. But does that really mean we are making the grade when it comes to financial literacy for our kids? We spoke with John Pelletier, senior fellow at the National Endowment for Financial Education, about this.
