Former Connecticut State Senator Dennis Bradley is facing charges over alleged absentee ballot violations in Bridgeport. Investigators say Bradley opened a voter’s completed absentee ballot and instructed her to change her vote in favor of his brother, Mark Bradley, during the August Democratic primary.
