Is looking in the mirror bad for you? A group of bloggers in the US has started a trend called 'mirror fasting' - a month without looking in the mirror. They claim it makes them feel better about their self image. This is Dan Damon with World Update. And Dr. Fox says avoiding mirrors is not a solution. How do you feel about the way you look when you catch sight of yourself in the mirror? If you feel better than you used to, is that because you've changed or because you have come to love the way you are? And is dieting a worse obsession than fashion?
