Riccardo Olmi, grandson of one of the founders of Drury Teas and Coffees kindly invited me to a tour around the roastery. This photo is not as flattering of Riccardo as it could have been ... but then again it's only "fair I use it as he also made me wear the hair net ... and white coat :)
