We Have To Value The Elderly
Good for you to be protecting your granny from rogue traders' exploitation! Your anger is a healthy reaction. You need not try and understand their motivations nor their lack of ethical or moral sense, this is just beyond who you are, in a grey area that no one needs to venture into. Trying to understand is useful when some actions need to be excused, but lack of ethics and exploitation of people like children or elderly citizens are morally inexcusable. I wish you all the best as always.
