#SouthSudan: IGAD Secretary General

Earlier today the United Nations classified the situation in #SouthSudan as an internal armed conflict, meaning abuses committed there can be classed as war crimes. As the fighting continues progress at peace talks in neighbouring Ethiopia is at a snail's pace However the IGAD executive secretary Ambassador Mahboub Maalim says there has been progress.
