A30 funds squeezed?

The government has introduced a new type of body – Local Transport Boards – to try to pull together future transport planning at local level. But before they even got off the ground, their budgets were cut. Cornwall Local Transport Board has a budget of just £8.5 million – about £4.5 million less than expected.
