It's Your Right: Galway Community Circus Children on Children's Rights

Oran (10), Jack (7), Emily (14), Luke (9), Aria (8) and Alex (9), are part of the Galway Community Circus, which gives children the opportunity to exercise their creativity and learn art and circus skills as well get fit! They talk to us about what they think their rights are and what they value in their rights.

Oran: I think we have the right to have fun and be happy and to proper food and a proper home.

Jack: I think my rights are having fun, being safe. Emily: I think my rights are that I have the right to have an education, the right to food and water and shelter, the right to have a family. Luke: To be treated well, to be loved and looked after and to have fun. Aria: For adults to listen and take it seriously. You have a right to a home and food and a good life.
