What are your customer service expectations?

If 8 times out of ten you get "very good" customer service, and 1 or 2 times out of 10, "superior mind-blowingly incredible" customer service from a particular service provider, do you still find reasons to criticize? I should hope not... #toronto #yyz #service #customerservice #cellular #mobile
