EIGHTEEN people have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences in dawn raids across Stoke-on-Trent
The arrests are the second phase of Staffordshire Police's Operation Nemisis -- which saw one man jailed for 3 years yesterday for eight counts of supplying class A drugs.
