The Redcar Labour Party Is "At War With Itself"

The BBC has obtained an internal Labour report that says the Redcar Labour party is "dysfunctional" and that it has "serious failings".

In an internal report written in 2012 it was also found that the party in Redcar has a culture of group bullying and reports have been received that there have been incidents of "physical intimidation" between group members.
