NHS Director telling a whistleblower that he has legal access to all NHS employee records

Mills and Reeve, NHS solicitors, verified that NHS Occupational Health is an advisory service to management; not covered by data protection laws; not confidential. Problem: Employees are never told this and once again their rights are violated. Since employees are lied to, and are told that what they disclose in Occupational "Health" is protected, we are never given any informed consent disclosure. If we had been, of course we would never have gone into that building. Despite our having all this on record, audio recorded in real time, there are still people who want to dispute it!
