With temperatures at Heathrow reaching 37 degrees and Network Rail introducing speed restrictions in case tracks buckle, Sir Philip Dilley, Chairman of the Environment Agency, lays out the climate change challenges ahead for the capital. He tells members of London First's Security & Resilience Network how well - or otherwise - he thinks the business community is preparing to adapt to those challenges.
