Powys Council Decision on TAN 8

Barry Thomas, Powys Council Chairman, announcing the results of the vote on whether to call upon the Welsh Assembly to review TAN 8. Councillors voted overwhelmingly in favour of calling for an “urgent” review and a rethink of the Assembly’s wind energy policy. The decision was enthusiastically welcomed by the large crowd gathered at Welshpool's Livestock Market.
