It’s easy to pick on people who can’t fight back, or make fun of those who are different from us. For a while, this makes us feel powerful and important. But beneath those feelings are others that aren’t much fun, like fear and shame. These feelings keep you from being your best.

Today I won’t put anyone down. If possible, I’ll stick up for someone who needs help.
