#SouthSudan Minister of water and irrigation outlines his priorities

The Minister of water and Irrigation in the Transitional Government of national Unity, will focus mainly on improving irrigation schemes to boost food production in #SouthSudan.
Mabior Garang de Mabior, said his priorities will involve solving water shortage during the dry season, especially in the Upper Nile region.
