Are you feeling stressed? Then give yourself a break. Sit down or lie down in a quiet, private place for ten minutes or an hour. Doing nothing gives your mind and body a chance to recover. If you can’t relax, try meditating. Breathe in slowly through your nose and silently count one. Then breathe out slowly through your nose and silently count two. Focus on your breathing and counting. Ignore other thoughts and worries. Quit when you’re ready.
