I = 我 = wǒ You = 你 = nǐ (singular) You = 您 = nín (polite) He/She/It = 他/她/它/牠 = tā

We = 我们 = wǒ mén You = 你们 = nǐ mén (plural) They = 他们/她们 = tā mén
