Over 2,000 years ago, the Buddha taught, “We are what we think . . . . With our thoughts we make our world.” In our own time, Dr. Norman Vincent Peale said, “Change your thoughts and you change your world.” Other beliefs have come and gone with the changing centuries, but wise men and women have always believed in the power of positive thinking.

TODAY I’ll start changing my thoughts to make a better world for myself.
