In growing up, there are no shortcuts. You have to be 18 years old before you can be 19 or 20 or 30. You have to finish high school before you can start university. You have to take the months and years in order, with no skipping or cheating. So does everyone else. In a way, it’s nice to know that a day is a day no matter who you are.
TODAY I’ll just think of today.
