“Habit, if not resisted, soon becomes necessity.” St. Augustine
Some habits are good for you, like getting enough sleep. Other habits can hurt you. Cigarettes, alcohol, and other drugs are all habit-forming. They can run your life and ruin your health. Stay away from them. Or at least use common sense and learn about them first. Much of what you read and hear will be scary or too simple―like “Just say no.” But there are hard facts available on smoking, drinking, and drugs. Get the facts.
Today I’ll take care of my health.
