YPAS have recently seen their funding cut by 43% - last year they say they helped over 2 thousand children and hundreds of families.

Charity CEO Monique Collier told our reporter Adam Phillips that it's a desperate situation.

Also, we hear from James Withey, an author who has written a book about mental health. 'Recovery Letters' is an anthology of letters addressed to people living with depression to help them along with their journey.
