A story that I filed for WBAL NewsRadio 1090, in June of 2017. A new exhibit explores the impact of redlining in the city of Baltimore. The practice implemented by the Federal Government in the 1930's, has links to problems that persist today. #Redlining #Baltimore #SocioEconomicIssues #Inequality #Bias #WBAL
