Renowned psychologist Dr David Lewis joined Mick Coyle to talk about the importance of mindfulness and well-being to your every day mental health.

Dr David spoke about a recent survey which looked at materialism and how it affected their mental health more and how engaging your brain is healthy for your mental well-being.

Also, local mental health worker and campaigner Kris Brown spoke of his experiences working within the sector and how he believes more needs to be done.
