Victim Personal Statement

The daughter of a murder victim has told Belfast Crown Court of the devastating effect his killing has had on her life. What's known as a Victim's Personal Statement was read at the sentencing of Craigavon man Mark Ward for the murder of Marcell Seeley in Lurgan two years ago today. Ward was jailed for life and will serve at least 16 years for what a senior police officer described as a brutal and callous murder.
