Tami Halton Pardee is a self-made entrepreneur and one of the top ranked real estate brokers in Los Angeles.
Her company, Halton Pardee + Partners, has done more than $3 billion in residential and commercial real estate since 2005.
Tami is also a mother of four and the CEO and Founder of Life Change Warriors, a foundation aimed at helping women in need overcome their challenges and set goals for their life.
She and FOX Los Angeles anchor Marla Tellez joined me on Olympic & Bundy to talk about all things real estate -- including the things first time home buyers should know, how to prep your home before it goes on the market, inside stories of real estate agents and more.
Marla does a regular segment on FOX 11 called Hot Property, which takes people inside high-dollar listings on the market in Los Angeles, and she chatted about some of the amazing homes she's toured and featured.
Tami also shares her personal story on what inspired her to start her foundation, and how she is able to wear all of her hats while running a successful business.
