Episode 100: #LostChildhoods - Part Two

Feb 06, 2019, 03:25 PM

One hundred episodes. Thank you to everyone who has joined us over the course of the last one hundred chapters of this conversation about mental health.

On the 4th February 2019, presenter Mick Coyle was joined by co-host Jake Mills, and a host of guests to mark the start of Children's Mental Health Week.

Live from the steps of St. George's Hall in Liverpool, Radio City Talk curated a display of over 200 shoes, each representing a schoolchild who ends their own life each year.

In part two, Mick is joined by Sophie (a member of PAPYRUS' Hopeline team), a teenager who began self-harming as a child, Ged Flynn (CEO of PAPYRUS), Cllr. Richard Kemp, Cllr. Barry Kushner, and Luciana Berger MP.

Produced & organised by John Fogarty.

Special thanks to Hannah Farrell, Joanne Driver, Holly Steven, Natalie Lowe, Steven Weaver, and Lisa Roxby.

Further thanks to all the guests who joined us on the day, the teams from PAPYRUS, Liverpool CAMHS, YPAS, and Barnardos
