First up, we spoke to Emma Dalby Bowler, digital content and marketing manager and Gareth John, digital development manager from Mind on how they crafted needs-based user personas and centred this in their digital content creation process.
We were also joined by Matt Collins, founder of Platypus Digital to get his thoughts on ensuring digital is founded in serving the users, and why he reckons charities are still too focused on social media.
