On this week's Mental Health Monday, Mick Coyle was joined by two of the recruits from SAS: Who Dares Wins, Rich Allen and James McCorkindale, ahead of their 250km marathon run through the hot and humid rainforests of Sri Lanka.
They're taking on this challenge to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation, and raise awareness of mental health issues and the stigma surrounding talking about them.
