On this week's Mental Health Monday, Mick Coyle was joined by Emma Springford & Cathy Owen from Blackbrook Royals JRLFC. After losing one of the team's parents to suicide, they decided to get involved with charity State of Mind, who specialise in delivering mental health workshops to players.
Dr. Phil Cooper from State of Mind joined Emma, Cathy & Mick Coyle in the studio to share his perspective on player wellbeing.
