H. H. Holmes is often given the title of being America's first serial killer, but was he?
H. H. Holmes was one of America's first serial killers, and he may very well have been the first one to get caught. However, he wasn't the first. That honor may go to Austin's Servant Girl Annihilator --who also may have a connection to Jack the Ripper.
