Ep4: Find Your True Colours - Karen Haller

Season 2,   Aug 24, 2020, 03:00 AM

This week on the Mojo Podcast we talk about finding your true path in life, in my guest's case - her true colours.

Karen Haller is a leading international authority in the field of applied colour psychology, specialising in business brand colour, interiors, healthcare and wellbeing. Having studied colour for over 20 years she understands how colour affects us, influences us and how businesses and designers can use it to influence behaviour.

We talk about how colour impacts how we think, feel and behave and how it effects so many decisions we make, often in more ways than we may credit. To help you apply some of the thinking she's worked on, Karen shares some top tips for using colour in your home office and on those Zoom calls, as we are all spending much more time there!

But it's Karen path to where she is today that we focus our mojo conversation on. In a time when many of us are in mid-transition or considering big change - Karen's story is an inspiring example of 'just keep going' even when things get difficult. And they certainly got difficult for her - as she was forced to face her own fears and created a 'thing' than no one understood.
And if you're considering a big move - Karen's mantra of 'if not now, when?' is something to keep in mind. She provides encouragment to say yes to opportunities and to find the confidence to do this in your life experience and to draw on strengths from all areas of your life to find your true colours. It's sage advice.
