Fevzi Turkalp, the Gadget Detective, joins Sarah Walker on BBC Berkshire to bring the latest tech news and reviews. This week; a study looked into the ridiculous length and legal mumbo jumbo of terms and conditions contracts on many apps and devices, often so long they would take several hours to read.

Gadget of the Week 1 are the PaMu Quiet wireless earbuds. With very effective hybrid active noise cancellation thanks to Qualcomm QCC5124 and ams3460 technology and offering excellent audio reproduction and call quality, along with their own app allowing customisation of the button functions, these earbuds come in a stylish pocket watch shaped charging case with led power display and scored a respectable 3.5 out of 5. Listen in for more details.

Gadget of the Week 2 is the Humax Aura, a 4K video recorder supporting both conventional aerial and internet connections and features Freeview Play and Android TV, it also supports Google Assistant, Chromecast for streaming from other devices, and even a USB input for anything you have on external storage, utilising an internal hard drive, the larger version being capable of recording up to a thousand hours, it is capable of recording 4 programs simultaneously while you watch a 5th. Truly a powerhouse device that earned itself a very respectable 4 out of 5. Again, listen in for more details.
