Pete Mears: The Three Principles

In this episode we chat with Pete Mears, who is now both happily drug and alcohol free and who credits his success to his discovery of the 3 Principles.
We're Sharon, Freddie and Ben, three normal people who decided to give up alcohol to see how our lives would change. We're not medical experts but we are expert ex-drinkers, and our podcast brings people together who are on their own alcohol-free journeys by celebrating just how wonderful life without booze can be!
In May 2019, Pete stood on a motorway bridge and let go... But he was caught by a policeman who he didn't know was standing behind him. In this episode, he tells us his incredible story and how The Three Principles have turned his life around.
