Should men invest in developing their Leadership skills?. The common question I hear in my course is more men should do this course. Today we are going to talk about men and leadership. Brad shared why he chose to do a leadership course and why the industry needs to invest in leadership. Brad said his leadership goals prior to doing the course were to become a better business leader and father.
