Many of us struggle with procrastination weekly, especially with the things that really matter to us, such as our creative dreams and our careers. It can be debilitating and can prevent us from achieving our true potential.

When it comes to overcoming procrastination, we have been taught and socialised to push through, to try new mindset strategies or build new habits. However, after some time, procrastination sneaks back into our life and we are back at square one.
