How to Glow Up thru the Emotional Eating in Nurse Life!

Our feelings are a Natural part of life, these feelings warn us and give us signals about what our body needs.

As a Nurse it can be easy to hide or distract ourselves from the feels because it is all too overwhelming.

One way I distracted and comforted myself was by eating. Emotional eating was another form of self sabotage because I used this habit to deal with my stress instead of learn from it! 

I didn't realize that is what I was doing I was just trying to survive ! It wasn't until I did some loving and quiet introspection that I could be really honest with myself so I could change.

Creating a Healthy Relationship with food is how I overcame and so can you! Take back your life and your health by practicing better self care strategies so you can show up as the powerful Nurse you are meant to be ! 

Give your very best to others by putting yourself first and self care is how we do that!
