One of the best habits that have changed how I show up each day is incorporating a quick morning routine, 
Spending the extra time in the morning to prepare mentally and physically starts the night before with a bedtime routine!

These routines add to your life and are not strict rules but guidelines that help keep you on track with your self care ! 

Being unrelentless about your self care is your responsibility because no one else will look out for you like you!
