Former Harvey School District employee Vera Liddell, 66, is accused of financial crimes and theft surpassing $1 million. According to the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, Liddell is accused of making hundreds of unauthorized orders for meals never delivered to kids, including 11,000 boxes of chicken wings.
