Man Accused of Defrauding Medicare and Medicaid of More Than $140 Million | True Crime Today

The Justice Department indicted a New Jersey man and his company for allegedly defrauding Medicare and Medicaid out of over $140 million. Kevin Breslin, 56, and Atrium Health are accused of diverting money from Wisconsin nursing homes to Atrium owners. Many facilities were understaffed and had to compromise on the quality of care.
