This week; TikTok announce they are to introduce a 60 minute daily limit for under 18s but, laudable as it is, how can it work when users can opt out and it's not only under 18s who are becoming addicted to the video sharing service? Is there anything we, as users, can do ourselves, and what more should governments be doing?
