In this episode, you’re asked to reflect on the purpose of life and in particular about the purpose of your life! In this episode, I also talk about what I’m learning during my investigation of Buddhism and on the changes that I’m noticing since I started a regular practice of meditation and mindfulness. Ultimately, I seek to find out whether I’m being authentic to my being as I grow in self-knowledge.
