Its week five of the eight-week series to teach you how to meditate. We will be delving into different themes and allowing you to see the wonderful benefits of this practice in just eight weeks. Sleep is one of the most important elements of our health and without it it can be incredible difficult to function properly. I have experienced periods in my life where I do not sleep and have really struggled. I created this 10 minute sleep meditation to be there as a comfort for you as you drift off to sleep. I truly hope that this is an aid that you can keep coming back to.

The power of Meditation is one that has changed my life. It's not just the practice, it's the moments in between the sessions, the clarity and depth of understanding that you can find.
