Its week six of the eight-week series to teach you how to meditate. We will be delving into different themes and allowing you to see the wonderful benefits of this practice in just eight weeks. Confidence is something that we can lose so easily and as we get older the self belief and bravery of our youth can slip away. I really hope that this is a meditation that you can keep coming back to when you feel like you need a boost.
