Jan Westrope is the CEO at Citizens Advice Bureau in Bath and North East Somerset. She attended a one day social media training workshop to get an understanding of how her bureau could use new technologies to get their messages across. In this interview with Jude Habib she explains why it was important for her as chief executive to attend this training and why other CEOs should follow suit.
